Han Kuk Mu Do or Korean Kickboxing is a martial art developed within MST Academy. Adopting teachings and techniques from Taekwondo are combined style has been developed. Focusing more on boxing techniques whilst still incorporating Taekwondo kicking and poomsae, students receive a more intense and demanding training session.
